Biba Caggiano was born in Bologna, Italy’s gastronomical capital, where she grew up cooking the food of her native Emilia-Romagna region. Today, she is the chef-owner of the nationally acclaimed Biba restaurant in Sacramento, California, and host of her own internationally syndicated cooking show, “Biba’s Italian Kitchen” on the Learning Channel. She is the award-winning author of six bestselling cookbooks.
