Beloved former Mets player and World Series Champion Mookie Wilson stopped by 375 Hudson Street on Wednesday to sign copies of his new memoir, Mookie: Life, Baseball, and the ’86 Mets. Employees lined the halls for the chance to meet Mookie and get his autograph. image Mookie was all over the media this week, beginning with a "Talk" Q&A  in last Sunday’s New York Times Magazine and a review in the NY Postfollowed by national television appearances on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, MSNBC’s "Morning Joe", Fox Sports Network’s Crowd Goes Wild with Regis Philbin, CBS Sports Network/WFAN-FM’s "Boomer & Carton" and ESPN2’s Olbermann.  He was also interviewed on NY area TV and radio programs including WNYC’s "Leonard Lopate""Good Day New York"   and Live from the Couch.  Mookie has 8 events in the tri-state area, with upwards of 150 people turning out for each of his Manhattan and Queens appearances!
