At this year’s BookExpo America, which opened yesterday at the Javits Center in New York, activity is buzzing around the Penguin Random House booth. For the first time, Penguin and Random House are together in a combined exhibit booth on the convention floor. Between the booth itself and adjoining meeting area, this is the most floor space we have ever taken at a major book-trade show, with an expanded number of meeting and author signing tables. Befitting the world’s largest trade book publisher, our footprint cannot be missed at BEA, with book-lovers, booksellers, librarians, authors, agents and other publishing professionals mingling and conversing with Penguin Random House colleagues. Here are some photo glimpses from our booth yesterday.
