It's Your World, Chelsea Clinton’s new book that tackles the biggest challenges facing us today, such as poverty, food insecurity, and gender equality, hit stores this week to great reviews and media coverage. Philomel acquired the book after Executive Editor Jill Santopolo reached out to Chelsea after seeing her speak about noncommunicable diseases and her father Bill Clinton’s heart surgery during an appearance on The Daily Show in September 2013. Chelsea said the book 50 Simple Things Kids Can Do to Save the Earth inspired her as a child to get involved, and she hopes her book will do the same, and help kids get informed and get going on the issues they care most about.
