Leila joined Portfolio as an editorial assistant in April 2023. She’s excited to acquire and edit idea-driven nonfiction by brilliant thinkers and innovators who change the way we see the world and amplify marginalized and underrepresented voices. She graduated from New York University with a B.A. in linguistics.
